Ryōri showcases the experience on how sushi (nigiri, sashimi) should be eaten, at the exact temperature it should be eaten, the correct amount of soy sauce if it even needs soy sauce, same for the amount of wasabi.Our well experienced chefs are very passionate about the art and precision, of every single roll or dish being served, it is important for Ryōri Chef to deliver this so the customer experience will be not just another ‘’japanese restaurant’’ we pride ourselves on. We are introducing our Omakase VIP Chairs (Omakase means I’ll leave it up to you) Chef’s selections :13-14 serving rolls of sushi, nigiri sashimi prepared in front of you, with precise amounts of soy sauce/wasabi if needed.
